I have hired a number of landscaping companies over the past 40 years. Sprinkler Specialties is by far the best. The difference was apparent from the first time I met them. They are a level above the rest - the gold standard.  Here are the specifics:

Project: We just purchased a 15 year old house. It needed a complete backyard make over including sod removal, sprinklers moved and replaced, new sprinkler lines and a station added, flowerbeds created, landscaping fabric and rock, edging installed, , and we were having drainage problems on the side and backyard yard.

The estimate process: When Bill came over to give us an estimate, he was right on time. He listened carefully and provided advice and recommendations whenever needed. He never once tried to upsell or scare us into unnecessary projects such as drains. His bid was detailed with costs for each part of the project he performed so we could see exactly what everything cost. His bid included higher quality materials than anyone else at a cost that was extremely competitive.

Integrity: I could tell from the first time I met Bill that he was a person of high integrity, which is the most important thing to me. My instincts were correct. I have never met anyone with higher ethics and integrity. He did everything he said he would and more.

Quality: The people who mow our lawn, complimented the finished landscape work and wanted the name of the people who did it so they could refer their clients to him. In short, the quality is first rate.

Timing: A crew of people came over and had the entire project completed in just two days.

Satisfaction:  Bill walked me through and requested my approval for each major step of the project before moving to the next step. After the work was complete, he walked through everything with me again to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Above and beyond: A few days after he completed the project, I had questions about how to adjust the sprinklers, and he came by to show me. While he was at the house, he helped me adjust the sprinklers in the front yard which were not part of the project he worked on at all.  He adjusted several sprinklers, provided me with a rain bird adjustment tool so I could do it myself in the future, and didn’t charge me!

I feel extremely blessed to have found Sprinkler Specialties.

They did this for me over 13 years ago and it stands to this day. Wish you could hear the sound. Very peaceful !

Bill did my entire landscaping 16 years ago. He has kept it updated and fresh over the years. Every fall he winterizes my sprinkler system and every spring I turn it on and it works fine. At times things ware out and he fixes them at a very good price. He stands behind all of his work.  A few years ago we had an early hard freeze and I lost a shrub that he had planted that summer. Bill replaced it at no charge. He fixed my driveway with pavers and built me a nice patio. He has also built me a water fall that has worked for 16 years. He is a stand up guy that stands behind all of his work. He has been a pleasure to work with.

Bill and his team did a fabulous job of putting together our vision for our back and front patios.  We wanted water features and they exceeded our expectations.  Bill gave fabulous advice on how we could put together a "zero scape" back yard that would be easy to maintain yet, beautiful to see.  The paver patio and "sitting wall" will provide years of fun entertainment space.  What I loved about this company was how they overdelivered both with timing and with final product.  Ours was a "tricky" back garden because we are required to maintain HOA fencing standards since we back up to common area.  Bill came up with a GREAT way to give us some privacy and beauty by recommending the use of matching trellises to the common space fencing and planting creeping grapevines that will grow up to give us privacy (and some great healthy snacks!).  His consultations were so appreciated.  He knows his business.  We would recommend this company to anyone who is considering landscaping services.  They are trustworthy and honest and you will reap the benefit of hiring Bill and his team!
